Job Description

    1. Ensuring smooth operations and achieving the revenue & profitability targets of the Branch
    2. Client acquisition from own network/ open market along with margin collection as expected
    3. Generate revenue through Broking & Non Broking Products (LI, MF, FD, Bonds etc & focus product if any)
    4. Promote Focus Product of the month.
    5. Ensure individual and team performance as per norms.
    6. Recruit, induct, handhold, facilitate, motivate & retain Team Members
    7. Maintain & service the existing clientele
    8. Playing captain role i.e. have individual targets along with team targets
    9. Ensure compliance as per various regulator and organization guidelines
