Process Systems Engineer IJob Locations IN-Navi MumbaiRequisition ID 2********1 Category Research & Development Whats the role SUMMARY OF JOBThe Process System Engineer I role is part of DE&O. The individual in this role will work closely with key functions including Planning, Finance and Control, Strategy, Governance, Tools and Business Intelligence & Analytics. The individual in this role will make a valued contribution; providing support with modeling/scenario planning, forecasting, visualizations and reporting that will drive effective decision making and facilitate increased efficiency.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESThe Process System Engineer I - will work with stakeholders internal and external to DEO. Key responsibilities include:

• Identify data sources, gather/extract data (qualitative and quantitative) and use structured frameworks to answer business operations questions
• Do deep dive on data sets and business requirements to Identify trends and patterns in data sets
• Build / develop automated data processing pipeline on AWS Cloud Technologies or on RDBMS databases using ETL Tools, SQL Queries or Python scripts
• Implement E2E development and deliverables of Key Projects using Analytics & Technical expertise. Seek Help as required with other mentors and peers.
• Develop robust, automated, scalable data processing / ETL Jobs using Python / ETL tools
• Focus on Automating alerts, repairing of failures, maintaining code repository
• Develop robust data visualizations to distill complex topics using appropriate data presentation using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, splunk
• Do continuous learning to learn and upskill self to implement advanced analytics use cases using ML models, new data processing frameworks, tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Timeseries databases
• Work with BA, Technical Lead & Other members to prioritize and deliver the quality deliverables
• Effectively collaborate with teams from Data Operations, Engineering & Support Functions
• Provide inputs and ready recommendations to communicate recommendations, data-based conclusions to multi-level stakeholder groups to support decisions
• Track and report on initiatives through their lifecycle

Who are you POSITION REQUIREMENTSBachelor s Degree Engineering, BSC IT, Mathematics, Statistics or other relevant competencies

• 2-4 years, including relevant operations experience
• Good Hands-On experience on BI Tools such as Tableau / PowerBI to build visualizations
• Good Hands-On experience on data engineering tools / processes such as Talend, Python Scripting, Lambda Functions to build, develop, implement automated robust data processing pipelines
• Strong knowledge & good hands-on experience in writing medium complex SQL queries & stored procedures
• Knowledge on advanced analytics concepts such as Predictive, Forecasting, Guided Analytics
• Good knowledge on Deep-Dive on problem areas and data analysis
• Design and develop technical solutions to the complex Analytical use cases.
• Extensive knowledge on databases such as AWS-Redshift, AWS-RDS (Optional)
• Good knowledge on AWS core services such as EC2, S3, VPC (Optional)
• Good hands-on experience in writing Python scripts
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications required, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word
• Superior analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to manage the details while keeping the broader picture in-mind
• Problem solver, consensus builder, results oriented with ability to quickly act to achieve goals
• Ability to handle multiple simultaneous projects/assignments
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional meetings/working sessions
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills
