  1. Should be Science/Pharmacy graduate having a pleasant personality and excellent communication skills. MBA will be added advantage.
  2. Should have 2-5 yrs experience in product management having managed anti-malarial, antibiotics, cardio-diabetic and hematinic preferably.
  3. Should have support and training exposure on products ,indications ,positioning and promotion.
  4. Should have exposure in designing marketing and promotional plans to achieve projected targets.
  5. Should have exposure of designing LBLs, Visual Aids and other academic articles.
  6. Should have exposure of market surveys and increasing market share.
  7. Should assist in designing of label claims and cartons of sales pack.
  8. Should have exposure of conducting camps in chronic segment to get maximum output.
