Job Description

Job SummaryProduction Supervisor needed for garment manufacturing export companyCandidate should have adequate QC and Production knowledge in garment quality control/productionResponsibilities and Duties

  • Good Knowledge of Ladies and Mens Garment quality checking
  • Basic knowledge of fabric defects, measurement checking and garment defects to control during production
  • Cutting reconciliation, fabric statement and daily production record keeping
  • Quality control during production (in-line, mid-line) and end of production (final inspection)
  • Understanding buyer tech sheets and styling requirements
  • Preparing production checking records - measurement checking records + final inspection reports
  • Should have strong command & control in the factory
  • Helping in the movement of material between units
  • Fabric and accessories material reconciliation
  • Knowledge of final packing bulk orders - ensure bulk production is packed according to buyers requirements
  • Ensure timely dispatch of goods from the factory
