Key accountabilities of the Role :1. Propose changes in process and system to enhance efficiency and new age recruitment2. Design SOPs for newly launched functionalities3. Maintain user guide, system flow and troubleshooting guidelines4. Design training materials and ensure delivery of trainings to recruiters5. System enhancement6. Design and monitor efficacy of assessments for all job roles7. Develop, design and upgrade dash boards basis business requirement8. Monitor hiring guidelines for job roles and ensure guidelines are followed9. Publish exception approval matrix and processes to concerned stake holders10. Design and update handbooks, SOPs, manuals, and policies11. Maintain and upgrade user guide, system flow and troubleshooting guidelines,
