It has a strong presence in the global market, with exports to North and South America, Europe and Asia accounting for a significant proportion of sales turnover.Job Competency Requirements:Qualification: BE Chemical from recognized university.Experience: Min 12 Yrs and above in a LSI/MSI of Fine Chemicals, Specialty Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals,API, Bulk Drugs, Dyes & Pigments, Chemicals Company.Language: Very good command on English, Hindi & Marathi.Skills: Knowledge of AutoCAD/ MS Projects/ SAP is essential., Knowledge of project management toolsand techniques, People management skills, Awareness of statutory requirements for project execution,Awareness of safe practicesPreparing the project feasibility report for greenfield projects Preparing the time and cost estimates for new projects Finalising the statutory approvals for the project and providing technical support forobtaining the same Project design and detailed engineering of projects Participating in HAZOP studies for greenfield projects Planning the project execution schedule and monitoring its achievement Preparing the equipment specifications and initiating timely procurement for projects Evaluating the technical bids and reviewing post- order engineering documents fromvendors Ensuring the inspection of equipment at vendors site Monitoring the project costs with respect to the budget Ensuring that the project delivers the intended performance Co- ordinating with the Project personnel on site and with the Project ManagementConsultants for resolving issues in project implementation Co- ordinating for timely payment to contractors and vendors for the project Preparing the project close- out report and capturing the learnings from the project Ensuring the capitalisation of assets for greenfield projects Ensuring implementation of Projects in SAP- PS moduleOther competencies: Project Management skills Process knowledge Technical knowledge AUTOCADSalary/Probation:Probation Period: 6 Months and increment on confirmation.Increment: Based on Performance after completion of 6 months probation period and later yearlyincrement based on performance i.e. appr. 10% to 15% rise.Other benefits: All statutory benefits, Mediclaim policy with family cover etc.CTC: 12 to 13 Lacs per annum
