Job Description

Dear Candidate,Greetings of the day!We are Hiring forQA AnalystRequired Skill:

  1. Able to comprehend the customer complaints
  2. Able to convert data into information create report and share findings.
  3. Recommend changes required to improve the quality of the product.

Critical Responsibilities
  1. Analysis of the customer complaint Data, coordinate with stake holders for POA
  2. Study the VOC (voice of customer) and do RCA of the product
  3. Listening to calls to deep dive in specific products to understand RCA
  4. Making calls to customers and take first hand information about the complaints
  5. Analysis of the product damage &probable reasons
  6. Coordinating with vendors,merchandising for implementation of POA to reduce returns
  7. Preparing report & sharing inputs for improvements.
  8. Creating FAQ for products with help of QA team
Experience
  1. Having experience in analysis of complaints of products in category like apparels, sarees & Electronics, home & kitchen,Health, cosmetics,etc
  1. Person having experience from similar industry or retail industry
