Job Description

    Quality AnalystLocation ThaneExperience : 6 1 Years experience in Domestic BPO any sales or pre sales processShift timings Rotational ShiftWeekly Off6 days working -1Rotational offSalary range 30000- 35000Responsibilities:
    • Audit and Give feedback on strength and developmental areas to improve performance.
    • Monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved Coordinate with all stakeholders internal as well as external auditors for periodic audits
    • Perform audit & Prepare audit dashboards and highlight issues for early warning signals and trends
    • Follow up on action items
    • Conduct RCA and share synopsis as and when required.
    • Compliances Ensuring audit compliance
    • Adhering To Company Policies, Rules And Regulations
    • Following Quality Processes Thoroughly - Checklists, Standards Etc. On Process
    • Behavioral Aspects Should be self-driven and proactive
    • Should be a team player
    • Should have good analytical and communication skills
    • Should be detail oriented
