  • To standardize the synthesis of new and existing processes for product developments as per customer requirements
Major Account-abilities:
  • To carry out literature survey as guideline for process developments
  • To plan chemical procurement as per process plans
  • To conduct the trials based on available process and literature search
  • To record the trial reports as per ISO norms
  • To scale up laboratory trials on pilot scale
  • To validate laboratory and pilot scale products on plant scale for design verification
Key Performance Indicators :
  • Product development within stipulated project time
  • Regular documentation
  • Precise and timely reporting of in process sample analysis
