Job Description

    Key Result Areas
    • Should belong from Insurance (Life/health claims - Priority) domain knowledge especially Medical Management / Health Management.
    • Should have basic knowledge on New Business and Health Vertical.
    • Should have hands on experience in managing medical process i.e., Type of Medicals, TPA co-ordination, medical field challenges.
    • To Manage Vitality Medicals Annual Health Check-ups & E-health card enrolment process end-to-end.
    • To perform/ manage different processes in medical management along with effective tracking and delivery.
    • Identifying the need for automation enhancements and system specifications for seamless process.
    • Active participation in projects and coordination with BSG & IT team for closure on define timeline.
    • Daily co-ordination with vendors & stake holders on BAU handling.
    • Excellent communication skills to manage the stake holders & TPAs.
    • Should be able to handle work pressure. Decision making and situation handling independently, Multitasking.
    • Should be solution given person.
    • To have industry knowledge on medical handling processes.
    • To explore new processes basis experience which will help to create robust process flows.
    • Excellent knowledge in MIS and Power point.
