Job Description

    Hi,Have an opening for below mentioned role with Leading Life Insurance Company.Job Location: MumbaiRole: Manager- Digital Operations
    • Program Manage multi channel implementation and enhancements for Lead Management System
    • Lead the Project team to convert business need into technical solutions
    • Strongly govern start to end implementation of projects / enhancements
    • Manage Vendor / Partner deliveries and internal stakeholders
    • Measure success indicators post-delivery and drive adoption
    • Maintain Project backlog and ensure delivery adherence
    • Create visibility with updated Project plan excel / MS projects
    • Keep stakeholders updated on project milestones
    • Keep cost and billing in check.
    • Ensure Periodic Steering Committee Reviews
    • Bring out the industry experience on automation for designing easy and forward looking solutions
    • Establish, maintain and develop strong relationships with key customers at strategic, tactical and operational levels.
    • Resolve project interdependencies internally between functions and externally with Vendor / Partner
    • Technical Understanding of lead management assets, call center, APIs, super apps etc
    • Ability to challenge IT and Vendor timelines and solutioning
    • Hands on experience on MS Projects, presentation skills, data interpretation
