Our Client offers its expertise globally to all major industries namely Oil & Gas, Petrochemical & Refineries, Pharmaceutical, Steel & Power, Food & Dairy, Plastic, and Nuclear Power Industries. Today Our Client has been successfully established as the Expertise that delivers .-1. Review of Inquiry /Tender documents on receipt to ensure its completeness.2. Review and updating daily inquiry pending list.3. Organize / take part in bid initiation & Internal review meeting with queries ifany.4. Ensure that clarifications are raised well in time to get better clarity on technicalas well commercial for bid submission.5. Preparation of tender forms & formats.6. Responsible to perform Skid sizing, Pressure regulator size, filter calculation &selection of appropriate meter type.7. Co-ordinate & follow-up to ensuring post bid clarifications are addressed.8. All in-house co-ordination for preparation of offer/bid including follow-up,collection of input from various sub-vendors as per approved vendor list forinquiry/tender documents.9. Clear understanding of work scope & best estimation with respect to smoothexecution of project after award of contract.10. Ensure that commercial submissions to offers/ tenders are fully complied with allnecessary details.11. Ensure the Cost Estimate is correctly prepared and costed.12. Proactively work with the Procurement team to ensure Vendors RFQ Technicaland Commercial.13. Assist Proposals Manager in the identification, evaluation and ranking of risks aswell as developing a strategy to manage and mitigate the risks to Company.14. Present to Proposals Manager for review the Cost Estimate in detail prior toreview of the tender by Management.15. Organize Project / Budget Handover Meetings to Project Managers.16.
