We are equally involved in each stage of the process from product planning and manufacturing to execution along with timely and regular follow-up sessions post-delivery.Basic Responsibility:1. To conduct Kick off Meeting for new project allocated.2. Finalize the schedule dates during KOM for all project activities in coordination with Design & Engineering, Purchase, Production and QA departments to meet project deliverables considering necessary buffer.3. To develop project execution plan based on KOM data.4. To identify the Risk(s) associated with the project (e.g. Execution, Financial etc) in the form of a Risk Register which may affect the project deliverables. Identify the preventive action /alternate action needed for its mitigation.5. Monitoring & Tracking of all activities during the project execution phase and coordination with other departments for its timely completion.6. Tracking of long duration projects through Baseline philosophy.7. Co-ordination and timely communication with Client / Clients Consultant for expediting engineering approvals to meet project schedule.8. Tracking of Weekly Status Reports & Project Status Report.9. Monitoring material availability status and linking the data to the project plan on on-going basis. Co-ordination with purchase department for real time status as required.10. Conducting project review meeting along with other department personnel (as required) for allocated projects for reviewing the progress achieved, identifying the hold points and finalization of corrective action required to bring the project on track.11. Preparation of Project Closure Report within 7 days of dispatch. Monitoring and Tracking of report for closure of all outstanding matters within 90 days of dispatch.12. Ensuring realization of outstanding payments.13.
