JOB SUMMARY:Achievement of business plan:
  • Ability to manage all the parameters of their business;
  • Toidentify potential insurance agents and recruit themin accordance with the managements business plan. /Selling Insurance Individuals
  • To aim, to have a team of highly productive agents./Achieving monthly business plans through own sourcing business and company leads
  • Drive the incentive schemes to ensure that the Agents income exceeds benchmark/Self motivated and driven for promotions and incentives
  • Understand the Insurance business in depth and seek opportunities for business development and revenue generation
  • Regular and periodic review, monitoring and mentoring of all the relationship they are managing to ensure that they are on track to achieve their goals
  • Regular Field observation and Demonstration
  • Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
  • Explore opportunities to develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time
  • Build a good agents base in order to explore opportunities, Obtain referral to further prospects where appropriate.
  • Build long term relationship with the clients by responding appropriately to all queries either directly received or forwarded by the service company.

  • Proficiency in MIS
  • Analytical & decision-making skills
  • Demonstrate self-discipline & good time management.
  • Consistently complete work on time & within budget without compromising on quality
  • Confident, professional, positive & realistic attitude
