Job Description

1 JD: Team LeaderA Team Leader is responsible for the supervision of the Ops team managing Commercial Card. Team Leader is required to closely monitor the transactions / queues and take end to end responsibility to produce timely and accurate processing of transactions. Also need to ensure all SLAs / KPIs are met in the processExperience

  • 5 to 10 Yrs. of experience in Banking / Financial Services Back Office/voice operations, preferably in cards operations with an International Bank covering Customer Onboarding / Card Application Processing / Information Security Administration / Central Travel Account / Service Desk / Payments / Visa, MasterCard Interchange Settlement / Fraud Management / Investigation / Disputes / Reconciliation / MIS and MMIS
  • Vision+/Cards Infrastructure knowledge experience (preferred)
  • Good domain and Analytical & verbal communication and process /people management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of operations and technologically bent frame of mind
  • Skilled in escalation management
  • EUC / Macro writing knowledge (preferred)
  • Commitment to achieve deadlines provided and result oriented
  • To coordinate with other internal stake holders of the company
  • Experience in leading Performance review and appraisals of reporting staffs
  • Excellent customer and client relationship skills
  • Logical thinking and attitude for learning
  • Excellent team worker, able to work in virtual global teams
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, keep pace with technical innovation and maintain a broad understanding of the Payment Investigations offering
  • Open minded, able to share information, transfer knowledge and expertise to team members
  • Work closely with WFM, Quality, Training, Process Excellence and Transformation team for the success of the process
  • Willing to travel basis requirement
Technical Competencies:
  • Hands on experience on working with Microsoft Office applications Word, Excel, MS access and PowerPoint
  • Working Knowledge on Microsoft SharePoint
