Job Description

    Duties :
    • The Research Analyst will need to study macroeconomic and sector trends and their impact on companies and securities issued by them.
    • Understand the business models of companies and analyze factors affecting their prospects.
    • Have the ability to build financial models on his own.
    • Run Quant screens on ACE Equity/Capitaline/Bloomberg/Prowess or any other data screen.
    • Understanding technical analysis will be an added qualification.
    • Previous experience in equity research will be preferred.
    • have to support the Fund Manager/Chief Investment Officer with the preparation of a stock/securities screen.
    • In-depth views on stocks and sectors, attend and summarise proceedings of conference calls
    • AGMs and analysts meet andconduct primary surveys as and when required.
    • He will be required to prepare an Investment Argument for every stock under his coverage and periodically update it based on changes in the macro, sector, or company-specific developments.
    • Accuracy and Diligence in the quality of output will be essential attributes.
    • CA, CFA, or MBA will be preferred.
