Drive sales - Compile sales projections and create comprehensive marketing and sales plans to achieve projections2. Outreach to local charities, businesses/hotels, local residencies as well as alumni and social groups etc.3. Updating calendar of events in-store and on online event tracking platform4. Build, promote and execute daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly special events and promotions from start to finish to achieve sales goals. By, working individually and with the corporate team as well as sponsors (beverage partners, local businesses etc.)5. Take photos in-store on personal camera or phone to use on social6. Work with corporate Graphics Team to develop marketing materials7. Attend offsite networking events and stay up to date with local associations8. Manage and oversee staff9. Availability to work nights and occasional weekends10. Experience in lead generation, cold calling and B2B
