Job Responsibility
  • Entering Request for Proposal (RFP) in ERP.Preparing Sales & Purchase QuotationsSubmitting online bid on all Government customers portal.Preparing Proforma Invoices for Purchase ordersFollowing up advance payments with customersRegistering purchase orders for planning and communicating those to principals in USASending Sales Order Acknowledgment to the customers against their purchase orders.Scheduling Customers shipment & Coordinating with Principals in USAReleasing Principals Purchase Orders for Payment SetupPreparing Invoice, Packing List of Customers Orders.Preparing Weekly Summary Report of Sales SummaryPreparing Monthly Log Reports of SalesFollowing up for Original Airway Bill with Freight ForwarderPreparing Report of List of Awards.
