Job Description

Dear candidate,We have urgent openings for the post of Sales Support Coordinator

  • Job Location -Andheri Sakinaka
  • Fix Salary-20 000 to 25 000 Per Month.
  • Experience- 2 Years
  • Job timing-8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Job Responsibility
  • Preparing quotes and follow up with customers
  • Making Order Forms & proforma Invoice.
  • Follow up payment with the respective customer
  • Check monthly, quarterly scheme, Allocation and SOP.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Overdue/Outstanding follow up to buyers & follow up with accounts for payment transfer.
  • Maintaining, updating & disbursing TA-DA Expenses as per company policies. (Travelling & Dearness Allowance)
  • Updating field targets SKU wise periodically.
  • Updating Target vs Achievements all sales staff.
  • Handelling primary & secondary sales.
  • Handelling tertiary sales calculating rest of India.
  • Analysis of sales data as daily sales reports performance of team analysis.
  • Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filling important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Update the sales & stock report on a daily basis.
  • Manage warehouse operations, arranging part-full load vehicles as per by ton. of materials on appropriate transport fright rate & tracking with truck drivers & transport operations for safe & on time deliveries.
  • Create, maintain and update database of Super Stockiest, Distributors or direct customers with complete information like name, designation, types of business, turnover, contact number and emails id.
  • Set up appointments, telephonic / video Conferencing with the respective business head.
  • Handle Customer Care : assist updating of data in Leads Excel Sheet & share to respective business head for samples also arrange meeting with clients.
  • Proactive follow-up at every stage with ZSM - RSM - ASM - SM for Enquiry / Quotation / Negotiation / Closure.
  • Billing & services related to stocks & orders management.
  • Co-ordination with the Finance Department for the Invoicing and collection of cheques.
  • Maintaining client relationship.
  • Maintaining price list.
  • Follow up to supply chain for dispatching the stock.
  • Monthly MIS reporting to Respective Manager & Business Heads.
  • Monitoring competitor activities, responding to customer grievances, organising & visiting exhibition & trade shows.
