Job Description

Dear candidate,We have urgent openings for the post of Sales Support Representative

  • Job Location -Andheri Sakinaka
  • Fix Salary-20 000 to 25 000 Per Month.
  • Experience- 2 Years
  • Job timing-8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Job Responsibility
  • Preparing Sales Quotation & sending to customers.Reviewing purchase order along with all Technical documents (GTP, DD etc.)Preparing Proforma Invoice for Purchase orders.Following advance payment from customers.Following with customers for Technical documents (GTP,DD etc.) approvals.Preparing Manufacturing Clearance and sending to Factory Production & QC team.Coordinating with Factory QC team and arranging Inspection call.Following up with Customer for the Inspection nomination details.Sending Inspection reports to Customers along with all relavant documents.Sending Packing list & Proforma Invoice for the balance payment follow-up.Following up with Customers for Dispatch Instructions.Preparing Internal Dispatch Instructions and sending to Factory dispatch team.Coordinating with Factory dispatch team and Customer to arrange Vehicles for the dispatch of material.Invoice, Packing List, LR copy and test reports documents sending to Customers through email & courier.Preparing Monthly sales reports.
