1.To manage System Center Configuration Manager Architecture and service for Reliance2.Service Availability, Planning, Customer Satisfaction, to provide effective, proactive technical support. To carry out Software Automation.3.Operate, Manage and maintain the SCCM system.4.Analyzing logs for activity monitoring and troubleshooting.5.Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues6.Identify unmanaged systems and take appropriate action to bring them under centralized management.7.Manage and administer SCCM client health including the process of getting clients healthy8.Administer and support WSUS environment, including approving, testing, and deploying updates via WSUS in SCCM and troubleshooting failed updates; maintenance windows and staggered updates deployments.9.Plan, coordinate, and execute product installations, product upgrades, patch installations, and hot fix installations.10.Creating Weekly, Monthly reports such as Software Updates Report, Patch compliance report, Machine Inventory Report, Advertisement Reports, etc.11.Must be technically confident fast learner and a great team player12.Installation, administration, and troubleshooting servers. Administration of virtual server OS to Windows 2012 and 2012 R2 platforms.13.Collaborate with application developers/owners in the testing of new softwares/applications rollout. 14.Recommend hardware or software changes needed to optimize SCCM deployments, configuration, or maintenance.15.Perform tasks necessary to fulfil service level agreements with end users for deployed applications/packages.16.The candidate must have proven End User interaction with various End Users and able to maintain ticket SLA s for responding to User Requests promptly.Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)1.Intune2.SCCM Administration3.Application packaging Install Shield, Flexera Admin Studio, Wise / SMS Installer, and Microsoft AppV4.PowerShell, Advanced Batch Scripting, VB5.Programming Language experience with Java, HTML and Databases MS SQL, Oracle knowledge would be a plusKey Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)1.Engineering in Electronics or Computer Science Graduate2.SCCM Certified (Intune)3.4+ years of related experience4.Knowledgeable in System Center 2012 & CB5.Experience using SCCM to deploy desktop images across an enterprise6.Experience using SCCM to deploy patches or software to other platforms7.Windows Server administration experience8.
