Job Description

    • Proficient in Tally Prime for managing and maintaining day-to-day accounting transactions.
    • Handling GST returns, GST filing, and ensuring timely submission.
    • Responsible for accurate TDS calculations, deductions, and timely payments.
    • Preparation and analysis of Profit & Loss accounts on a monthly/quarterly basis.
    • Regular reconciliation of bank statements with company records.
    • Identifying discrepancies and ensuring timely corrections.
    • Preparing financial reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
    • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, formulas, pivot tables, and financial modeling.
    • Effectively communicating with clients via email for account queries, billing, and follow-ups.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
    • Proficient in Tally Prime, GST filing, TDS, and advanced Excel.
    • 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
    • Strong knowledge of tax laws, financial reporting, and bank reconciliation.
