  • Candidate should be ready to travel for recruitments.
  • Candidate should have handled BULK requirement (freshers hiring) as well as other level of recruitments across different profiles.
  • Should have independently taken interviews till Team leader level, along with being in the interview panel with Hiring Managers.
  • Candidate should be smart, well groomed, multi-tasking along with good communication skills as this is a FRONT LINE JOB
  • Should have good hands on experience on using various job portals and screening candidates accordingly.
  • Good knowledge of excel and powerpoint
  • Should be stable in their career.
  • Along with Recruitment, if he/she is having experience doing employee events, its preferable
  • No consultancy candidates please, however if the candidate has started his career working in consultancy and then moved to Corporates its fine.
