Job Description

  1. Handling international arbitration and legal issues. Prior experience in this area mandatory.
  2. Communicate and co-ordinate with various stakeholders - external and internal - globally.
  3. Draft relevant communications / contracts
  4. Study, understand & interpret relevant laws of relevant countries to further facilitate action / progress on various arbitration matters of relevant countries.
  5. Handle transnational & multi jurisdictional, disputes requiring a coordinated strategy and the application of multiple laws.
  6. Follow up on various arbitration issues and ensure relevant order copy / documents / transmittals are exchanged / received.
  7. Strategize various action plans on behalf of the company and present the same to global agencies / stakeholders
  8. Visit and / or communicate with Legal agencies in various countries
  9. Attend proceedings / hearings online / in person as per business needs
  10. Any other duties as assigned by reporting authority.
