Looking for candidates:- 1) Managing IPs like IPL, Pro Kabaddi and Miss India. Gaining Maximum leverage out of the properties with a mix of BTL and ATL marketing strategies. 2) Working with top agencies - People management, negotiations, innovative and creative thinking to get the best out of external teams. 3) Store launches - Working closely with the zonal marketing teams, studying catchment area analysis, building up a pre launch plan, launch day plan and post launch sustainable plan. Getting most out of the limited budgets. Vision 2019 - open 100 new fbb stores across the country. 4) Digital Marketing- Brand language and direction for occasions like Childrens day, Diwali, New Years, Halloween etc. Working closely with agencies and internal digital team to communicate the brand standing for every occasion. 5) Market Research - Being informed about competitors brand and marketing campaigns. Research to understand customers before planning and brainstorming for a marketing campaign. 6) Creative and Innovative thinking - Thinking out of the box, always beating the ideas already executed in previous campaigns. Responsible for getting newness and innovation to maintain stickiness of our customers. 7) People Management - Working with a big team spread all across the country. Working closely with the internal teams to get most productivity. 8) Regional Festival - Planning and executing regional campaign. Working closely with agencies and internal team, Understanding the regional market and sentiment to build up an efficient sales driven marketing campaign.
