Job Description

  • Troubleshoot Robotic systems, using knowledge of microprocessors, programmable controllers, electronics, circuit analysis, mechanics, sensor orfeedback systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics.
  • Determine causes of operational problems or failures.
  • Disassemble and reassemble robots or peripheral equipment to make repairssuch as replacement of defective circuit boards, sensors, controllers, encoders,and servomotors.
  • Assemble Robotic equipment or components.
  • Maintain Electromechanical equipments.
  • Perform annual maintenance on Robotic systems or components, assembly.
  • Maintain service records of Robotic equipment or automated production systems.
  • Document Robotics test procedures and results.
  • Prepare procedural documents.
  • Align, fit, or assemble component parts using hand tools, power tools, fixtures,templates.
  • Attach wires between controllers.
  • Test performance of robotic assemblies, using instruments.
  • Test performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, or integrated systems orequipment.
  • Build or assemble robotic devices or systems.
  • Knowledge of electromechanical equipments or systems.
  • Install production equipment or systems.
  • Observe all company rules and policies.
  • Lubricates and cleans parts.
  • Past Experience with Fanuc, Yashikawa, Durr and ABB Painting Robots isessential.
  • Maintains a safe work environment.
