  • Job Location -Andheri Sakinaka
  • Fix Salary-20 000 to 25 000 Per Month.
  • Experience- 2 Years
  • Job timing-8:30 AM to 5 PM.
Job Responsibility
  • Lead team of senior sales consultant by delegating tasks and providing support to employees & customer
  • Support sales associates daily by advising on company protocols and sales process.
  • Increased customer satisfaction 100% every year by providing training to sales and back office.
  • Monitoring overall functioning of sales process, identify improvement areas & implement
adequate measurement to maximize maintain customer satisfaction level.
  • Preparing MIS report with view to take appropriate corrective action of process operations and critical decisions making process.
  • Assessing the customer feedback, evaluating areas of improvements & providing critical feedback to associates on improvements and achieving customer satisfaction score.
  • Monitoring team performance and target achieved.
  • Communicated with previous customers to verify satisfaction and initiate additional sales.
  • Helped to organize annual customer appreciation events, including managing guest list and contacting external vendors.
  • Sending employee for monthly training programme of dealer principle.
