Job Description

Dear Candidates,Urgent opening at Navi Mumbai in a leading Oil and Gas company. The details are as followsDesignation Electrical SupervisorNature of work- As a Electrical Technician.Educational Qualification- 3 years Full time Diploma in Electrical Engg.Experience- 3-4 years in process industries.

  1. Independently handling of shift operations, Electrical Maintenance, fault finding, Trouble shooting, Equipments Installations, Earth pit Testing, cable laying, Cable Gland Terminations, Panel Testing, Motors Testing, Panel wiring etc.
  1. Should have technical knowledge & practical Experience of Motors, H.T/LT Breakers, PCC/MCC/Utility Equipment panel/APFC Panel, D.G Set, UPS, Batteries, VFDs, Transformers.etc
  1. Preparation of daily electrical consumptions data report.
  1. Root cause analysis of breakdown equipment, breakdown analysis report.
  1. Able to read and understand electrical panel/Equipment panel wiring diagram.
  1. Selection & installation of electrical protective switch gears for Electrical Equipments.
  1. Maintaining minimum critical spare parts inventory with closely co-ordination with store dept.
  1. Execution of preventive maintenance, Predictive maintenance and breakdown maintenance activities.
  1. Additional working knowledge in PLC Panels, CCTV system, Fire Alarm system, 5S & Kaizen activities.
  1. Interact with production dept & safety dept for execution of new Installation OR Modification work in plant.
  1. PWD/Supervisor license is mandatory.
  1. Age between 25 to 35 years.
  1. Salary 3.5 to 4.5PA
