Job Description

Opening for Site Supervisor for well known CompanyLocation: BhiwandiQualification : Any Graduate/Undergraduate in Civil engineer/interior designExperience : 3+ yearsSalary : upto 20k - 25k p.mJob Description

  • Technical understanding of drawings and getting work executed at the siteas per the drawings issued.
  • Supervising & monitoring work execution at site and site labour /workforce.
  • Co-ordinating with the vendors for Material listing at site.
  • Reporting daily work progress to the Project Head.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Site Measurement and Vendor Billing.
  • Keeping a record of contractors, labour and workforce at the site and reporting the attendance to the Project Head
Additional Information :
  • Well versed with AutoCad, MS projects and excel Must be well versed with AutoCad , MS Projects, excel.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with high emphasis on project completion
  • Good soft skills to enhance team working
  • Motivated and positive thinker
  • Go getter ,calm and proactive approach towards problem solving
  • Exp in turnkey fit out industry commercial and residential projects
  • Ready to stay out of Mumbai for projects on stretch of 3-4 months
