    Transcript So, as a regional sales manager for the Northeast territory, I really enjoy picking up a team in this new rotation that Im part of. I went from an individual contributor now to leading a team of four well seasoned sales reps. Its definitely a stretch opportunity for myself for growth, but at the same time it really gives me insight to what the day in the life of a sales rep is. Having worked in strategy and marketing before, we interfaced with sales quite a bit, but being boots on the ground now and understanding what the life of a sales rep is day to day really puts a lot of things in perspective.     • Position Purpose:
    • Validate & process AP orders / IB orders / service contracts.
    • Co-ordinate with Customer & sales team for order clearance & processing
    • Follow up with Internal approval authorities for order clearance
    • Work closely with supply chain teams for material availability, dispatch, and delivery at customer site.
    • Inform warehouse about COD / self-pickup orders
    • Timely update of MIS for assigned zone / vertical
    • Act as primary point of contact for assigned zone / vertical
    • Ensure individual responsibilities are performed in a timely manner.
    • Communicate and interact effectively with Sales, Product, Finance and Logistics teams.
    Knowledge/Skills
    • Education Bachelor s degree in any discipline
    • Work experience 3-5 years in order processing
    • Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP, preferably Oracle
    • Desirable to have SFDC exposure, not mandatory
    Critical success factors
    • Must have good communication skills
    • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
