Job Responsibilities :.Execute Project Assignment as per expected QualityPro-actively monitor plan to execute task assigned to him/her team as per ScheduleGuide team member about work process and task to be accomplished to meet the expected productivityEnsure compliance to Safety, Codes and Standards as per Project Specification & StandardsTakes initiative for self-developmentContribute towards dept. improvement & training young engineersExhibits and Advocate core organization V&B Education Requirement :Degree in Instrumentation & Control System EnggDegree in Electronics & Instrumentation (Provided s/he has past experience in Instrumentation Field)Experience Requirement :5 - 12 Years of Total Experience, incl. min. 3 Years of Experience in Instrumentation Engg. in the Hydrocarbon Industry OR min. 5 Years of Experience in Instrumentation & Control System FieldSkills & Competencies :Role and responsibility of all stakeholders in a ProjectTools like SPI (INTools), Codes and Standard etc.Work processes of Instrumentation and Control System engineering and interfacesDefine Scope of Work and Supply for Packages ItemsReview deliverables like Instrument Index, Nozzle Arrangement for Level Isnt, Elect # Inst. Signal InterfaceSizing and Selection of Instruments. Able to guide and interpreter result of Sizing calculationReview Requisition, Data Sheet for in-line, offline instruments incl. analysers.Review Technical Bid Evaluation & DeviationsVendor print reviewPrepare and Review Requisition for Control System like DCS, ESD, F&G, MOV Control System, CTMS, CCC, MCMS, CCTV, ATG etc.Communication ProtocolReview I/O Summary for control systems like DCS, ESD, F&G and inputs for system configuration like I/O data base, logic diagram, wiring connection list, etc.Review MTO for Instrument Construction DesignRepresent FAT, SAT, HAZOP, SIL ReviewAdvance instrumentation like FF, HART, Wireless Instruments, Various flow meter like Mass, Ultrasonic, Thermal mass, electro-magnetic, ultrasonic and special instruments like tank gauge, CTMSAwareness of SPR, PDS and / or SP-3DField Engineering Support for Construction and Commissioning ,
