Job Description

    Designation: Senior Engineer - New Product Development (Tool Design)Qualification: Diploma In Tool & Die Making / BE MechanicalLocation: Nerul, Navi Mumbai.Interview Mode-Face 2 face
    • Work on cycle time reduction, Moulds, gauges, Jigs fixtures design and development.
    • Making Prototypes and supporting customers in R&D.
    • Plan, organize, and execute plastic parts and prototype, tooling-related projects in house and outsource.
    • ECN feasibility Study and product modifications as per quality and customer requirement.
    • New parts feasibility study, DFM and DFMEA submission and approval from customer
    • ECN feasibility Study and product modifications as per quality and customer requirement.
    • New parts feasibility study, DFM and DFMEA submission and approval from customer.
    • New Projects industrialization and plant wise distribution.
    • Evaluate supplier capabilities and monitoring outsource work.
    • Mould Trial, T0, T1 and T2 attend and sample parts submission.
    • ECN feasibility Study and product modifications as per quality and customer requirement.
    • New parts feasibility study, DFM and DFMEA submission and approval from customer.
    • Solve complex technical problems related to plastics parts tooling, and prototype development.
    • Interpret insert detail drawing and able to design necessary details required for tooling and NPD using Creo & NX software.
