Job Description

Sr Executive (Software Implementation) - Information Technology (IT) Reporting to: Manager ITJob location: Mahape Navi Mumbai Job role:

  • To Handle all software related issues
  • To handle upgradation/Modification in SAP, Zoho CRM, HR One etc
  • Deal with queries from users and co-ordinate with Service Provider to resolve the issue.
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
  • Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
  • Setting up accounts for new users. Setting various rights as per matrix.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Behaviors the Candidate Should Possess:Technical Skills
  • T otal experience 5-6 years as IT System Admin or Sr Executive
  • Knowledge in SAP B1 & CRM implementation
  • Hands-on SAP B1 experience to deliver new solutions/ improve existing solutions Strong knowledge.
  • Net and SQL database and coding knowledge.
  • Find and implement new technologies to market it easier to work.
Non Technical Skill
  • Excellent Communication Skill

  • Learning
Must have hands-on experience into:
  • Software Implementation
  • Must have worked on platforms like- Dot Net, C++, or any other.
  • Should have experience in CRM Software Implementation- ERP/ SAP- administrative knowledge will suffice.
  • Networking / Cyber Security, overall software implementation.
