One of our client which is into Mfg. of Jewellery is looking for :Sr. Manager Finance & AccountsReporting to : DirectorJob Profile :StrategyDevelop strategies / action plans and implementation on financial drives of long-term funding, treasury, finalization of accounts, receivable/payable management, legal compliance, audit, MIS, investments and risk management.Develop, analyse, review and improve the Consolidated Financials Model toward long term business plan and its performance at regular intervals for thoughtful decision making & presentation for the top management.Analyse acquisition opportunities, initiate and negotiate strategic tie-up for new business.FinanceDrive finance management with the goal of reducing cost and increase profitability.Manage the Finance function (Domestic & International) with debt exposure.Manage Foreign Direct Investment of the Company including compliance and liasioning.Analyse, initiate and negotiate investment opportunities tie-up with bankers & financers.Manage all borrowing relationships of group company with bankers and market participants to ensure reduction in interest cost.Enhance credit facility limit with regular renewals with tune of business requirement.BudgetImplement forecasting for providing accurate future results projections & budgeting system.Ensure timely compilation & presentation of budgets to the stakeholders.Analysis and control expenses as per budgets planning to gain savings and reduction in cost.TreasuryFormulate better FX policy and strategies related to the requirement of business.Manage FOREX Risk Management of the Company to get better interest rate and minimize loss in currency hedging.AuditCoordinate with statutory auditors, internal auditors for the timely completion of the audit & Statutory compliances and to ensure zero qualification.Compliance & Account ManagementResponsible for the finalisation of accounts, audits, taxation and regulatory compliances with the Accounting Standards.Liason with Govt. officials for tax assessment, hearings and ensure minimum damages.Ensure all invoice booking with proper KYC system and with accurate stock valuation.Recievable & PayablesResponsible for accounts receivables/payables as per due terms for all branch division to manage working capital and healthy cash flow.Risk ManagementAnalyse loop holes in the existing systems and raise the whistle blow to the top management with comprehensive solutions to strengthen the organisational ethical standards.Design and implement credit policy limits to support cross functional heads in managing trading activities.Ensure safety of all business transactions/assets to be covered with Insurance coverage to receive claims.MISAnalyse, compare, review MIS report to measure business performance like profitability, cashflow, KPI ratio, Working Capital, Budget, Legal Compliance, all branch accounting etc. and suggest long term action plan to Top Management.Team ManagementResponsible to manage a team of 5 members and drive all finance and accounting functions through them with standard operating practice.Review and measure team performance in regular meetings and quarterly appraisals and suggest improvement in their career growth.Skills - Excellent communication, Initiative, enthuastic, Negotiation & influencing, analytical, decision-making, time management and leadership skills with proven capability in planning & managing resourcesTechnical Skills Investment, Banking, Treasury and Forex hedging risk, Receivable & Payable Mgt, Finance Projection and planning, Budgetory Control, Risk Management, Audit & compliance, MIS analysisExperience Candidate must have 10 - 15 yrs of experience in Finance, Treasury, finalization of accounts, accounts receivable/payable, Legal compliance, audit, investments and risk management.Experience from Gems & Jewellery would be most preferred.Education C.A / Inter CA / MBA (Finance) from recognized university.Interested Candidate can apply to us on : admin@omkarplacements.com
