Job Description

Salary: 8 Lac - 12 Lac

  • The Business Development Manager would primarily be responsible for pre-sales activities and lead generation for bunisess opportunities.
  • The detailed job description is as follows:
  • Marketing: Conceptualization & creation of Internal & External Collaterals, Business Case Studies, Industry Wise Case Studies, White Papers, Benchmarking, Strategic Presentations & Concept Notes
  • Pre - Sales: Lead RFI/RFP Response Management, Bid Management, Tender Management, Sales Propositions & Contracts, MOU, NDA, SoW & act as SPOC between Client & Internal functions.
  • Ownership of complete bid management process - from requirement gathering till negotiation
  • Sales: Creating Business/Sales plans to attain revenue figures.
  • Lead National & International Business Generation for the Organization
  • Business Development: Building Relationships & Creating Opportunities in New Markets
  • Account Management: Maintain Seamless interaction with Account teams & client SPOCs to manage & farm existing accounts & Creation of Center of Excellence
  • Additional Engagements: Engaged in short term projects from time to time on a need basis - onsite due diligence, customer visit management (content preparation and logistics readiness), etc.
Desired Candidate ProfileEducation:
  • Option 1: Naval Architect OR Ocean Engineering graduate with experience in Sales
  • Option 2: Strong exepriecne in sales for shipbuilding, maritime industry, shipping, shipyard, ship repair, ship design, marine design, etc.
