Job Description

  • Troubleshooting desktop & server level issues on both Windows/Linux environments
  • Diagnose hardware and software problems, and replace defective components.
  • Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments, including computer hardware, systems software, applications software, and all configurations
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures in order to protect data, software, and hardware
  • Troubleshooting & Implementation of Mails Server and Mail Clients (Outlook /Thunderbird) etc
  • Coordination with various vendors with regards to Fault Ticket Raising. Getting quotation for software and hardware requirements.
  • Inventory Management (Asset tagging and maintaining the same on time to time).
  • Recommend changes to improve systems and network configurations, and determine hardware or software requirements related to such changes
  • 3+ years of hands - on experience in Desktop & Server Level troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)
Work Experience & Domain Knowledge:
  • 3+ years of hands - on experience in Desktop/Server Level troubleshooting (Windows/Linux)
  • Good knowledge of Router /Switches /UTM Box /Firewall like Cisco /Sonicwall etc.
  • Sound knowledge of Linux (Sever & Desktop) version Ubuntu /Centos
  • Sound Knowledge of Window (Server & Desktop) all version with troubleshooting and Administration
  • Sound knowledge of Active Directory Both implementation & Troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of Backup Device and its Features (Both on Hardware & Software).
  • Sound Knowledge on VOIP (Hardware & Software) Asterisk preferred
  • Cloud Based Application and its uses & Feature
  • Ability to hunt and get the best Open Source application as per needs
  • Should be ready to work in any shifts
