And there s no barrier to your potential career success.Key AccountabilitiesStrategic Sourcing Initiate and manage to a commercially successful outcome, medium to large RFP processes for Corporate Procurement (non-IT) initiatives, many of which are global and strategically significant to Worley Managing & conducting market research and in order to ensure the most favourable terms for Worley.Stakeholder Management Liaison with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers in the provision of goods and services by translating operational requirements into commercially sound documents.Contract Negotiation and maintenance Negotiate commercial changes to contracts while ensuring Worley receives the best outcome and performance from suppliers, as well as the highest level of compliance to contractual obligations.Advisory In consultation with the Worley Legal team, providing expert and authoritative advice on contracts, commercial and supply chain matters to internal stakeholdersSupplier Management Drive supplier performance to meet Worley objectives whilst mitigating financial, operational and legal risks by implementing contract and supplier management plans for suppliersManage multiple and diverse supplier relationships to ensure Worley continues to receive the highest level of supplier performance and compliance to contractual obligations; and to take corrective action against non-compliant suppliers.HSE Capability: Assume hands-on management and implementation of all relevant Worley HSE systems Assure compliance of all HSE systems, processes and procedures through the training, competence and performance of all personnel (Worley and others) Achieve the objectives of the Worley HSE vision through proactively implementing actions and/or corrective or mitigating actions, and by maintaining an overall knowledge and awareness of the work-place environment (operations, layout, hazards, risks, concurrent activities, personnel, etc.) Role-model a commitment to personal well-being and a pro-active approach to continuously improving health, safety and environmental performanceFlexible Working Arrangements: Full time role. Work from home, *Job Specific Knowledge / Experience Required Strategic Sourcing experience in the (non-project) Corporate procurement arena Prior experience running medium large Corporate RFPs Highly developed stakeholder management skills, both internal stakeholder and external suppliers Minimum of 5 years broad experience in Corporate sourcing and contract management lifecycle Strong business acumen and analytical abilitiesDemonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities Supply chain, sourcing and category management experience Ability to undertake market researchAbility to work autonomously and identify opportunities for commercial or operational improvementEducation Qualifications, Accreditation, Training: Tertiary Degree required Qualified Procurement Professional optionalIT Skills: Essential: Proficient in MS Office applications. Desirable: Broad IT skills base in order to efficiently and effectively use Worley s procurement-related systemsPeople Skills: Interpersonal: Builds appropriate, constructive, and effective business relationships throughout the organization; uses diplomacy and tact; is approachable; communicates clearly, accurately, and consistently both verbally and in written matters.
