Job Description

Role: Technical LeadExperience: 4+ yearsLocation: ThaneSalary: Compensation commensurate with experience.Our Engineering team works with clients developing full stack technology solutions including mobile applications, web solutions, headless or API implementations, etc., using microservice architectures and cloud deployment.As an Experienced Engineer on this team you would be: solution architecting; problem solving; ensuring quality (guidelines, peer reviews, etc.); identifying/evaluating/ implementing new technologies, tools and processes; igniting a passion for self-learning and self-growth amongst your team-mates.Our team members enjoy a collaborative and supportive work environment, career development as well as growth potential.   • Support your team-mates and clients with brainstorming, problem solving and R&D activities related to the development work that needs to be completed.
  • Continuously push the boundaries for yourself, and your team-mates, within the technology domains youll be working in.
  • Uphold quality standards with regards to code and development execution. Be an example for others to follow and enable others to do the same.
  • Ignite a passion for self-learning and self-growth amongst your team-mates.
  • Determine when to facilitate & council vs. direct/give instructions to be followed.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • At least 4+ years work experience with strong object oriented programming skills using languages like Javascript **OR** PHP.
  • DevOps/Continuous Integration and Automated Testing experience of at min. 2 years (ideally).
  • Agile methodologies: For the last 1+ year youve been working in an environment/on projects that support 1 or 2 week Sprint schedules (ideally).
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting performance issues.
  • Experience in solution architecting and solution design.
  • Familiarity with cloud native architectures (IaaS/SaaS/PaaS) in developing solutions.
  • The ability to create and/or support custom modules (coded for common functions) for Automation, DevOps, Testing.
  • Programming in SQL (or alternative) and working with large relational databases/ NoSQL/ columnar databases.
  • Linux and different command line tools.
Additional Preferences:
  • Experience working with high-level stakeholders across clients in USA/UK/Australia.
  • Proven ability to work in teams and intercultural environments as well as flexibility to work with team mates in different time zones.
  • Since you started working, youve held the job title of either Developer, Software Developer, Lead Developer, Tech Lead, etc. Right now, you probably hold the title of Tech Lead, Senior Tech Lead, or similar equivalent.
