Job Description

Qualification : B.E / B.Tech with Management DegreeCertification in Project ManagementJob Location : C.B.D. Belapur, Navi MumbaiRequirements

  • Experienced with international clients (primarily USA)
  • Must have more than 5 years experience with offshore/on-shore delivery model (USA)
  • 8-10 years in software development projects, preferably in outsourced product development (OPD) model
  • At least 5 years in delivery management role (web and mobile projects)
  • Technical understanding of Cloud Server, AWS, Native, Hybrid, Angular, .NET, Javascript, iOS, Android etc
  • Well versed with agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Must have led a team size of 20 (minimum) developers, testers etc i.e. have managed at least 4 ongoing projects with 4-6 people per project.
  • Technical Project management is going to be a key skill. Should be independently able to handle multiple projects.
  • Very comfortable with project management tools and able to run projects, staffing, train juniors before a project begins after hiring them
  • Assist with RFPs and estimates, handle subcontractors as needed for projects,
  • Good People Manager
  • Experience with multiple verticals,
  • Experience with agile methodologies, risk management, stakeholder management
  • Good knowledge of process management, experience with project budgets, proven ability to improve profit margins of a project etc.
  • Interactions with onsite team members and customer Escalation Management, People Management.
