Job Description

WORK FOR 8 HOURS AND EARN GOOD SALARY !!!GREAT OPPORTUNITY IN AN INTERNATIONAL BPO.Key Responsibilities:

  • To handle Inbound calls from US customers
  • To generate sales from US prospects received through Inbound Calls
  • To deal with customers very patiently and efficiently
  • To achieve and exceed sales targets on Inbound Calls
  • To achieve the required sales conversion ratio
  • Process orders & provide results as per the campaign requirements
Key skills: Average & Good Communication, Ability to comprehend English very well, Good Listening Skills, Good Selling Skills, Team Player, Target driven, Sales oriented, etc.Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Education:
(UG - Any Graduate )
  • Experience:
Fresher & Minimum of 6 months to 1-year experience as Customer Service Representative for any International or Domestic Voice process (Preferably Sales/Collections) but fulfilling the above mentioned job responsibilities.
  • Shifts:
11:00 PM TO 07:00AM Saturday fixed off
  • Salary:
Range: 1, 20, 000 TO 2,00,000 Per AnnumAdditional(s):
