Greetings from Heer Properties!We are hiring for Telecaller at our Mumbai Location - Multiple Locations. We are looking for a professional real estate Telecaller to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers.Job Responsibilities

  • Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis;
  • Operating telephone equipment, automatic dialing systems, and other telecommunications technologies.
- Telephone Skills,- Telephone Sales,- Following up with leads/lead generation- Conversion of those leads to prospects/potential customers- Customer handling at office/site- Arranging for site visits of Clients.- After follow-up- Good knowledge about Real Estate market is a must to convince Customers and solve their queries.- Understanding clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them- Maintain and update listings of available properties- Develop networks and cooperate with Developers sales team- Promote sales through listing- Customer Focus,- Data Entry Skills,- Selling to Customer Needs,- Closing Skills,- Should have thorough knowledge of Mumbai, Navi Mumbai and Thane road, railway connectivity- Looking for Smart and Dynamic, with good communication skill.Requirements- Proven working experience in real estate- Proven track of successful sales record- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills- Pleasant and trustworthy- MS Office familiarityInterested kindly send CV atvijaydama.hp@gmail.comor call at 9833828958 / 8108157002RegardsVijay Dama
