Job Description

  • Responsible for Managing a team of relationship managers.
  • Generating Revenue by sales of Mutual Fund, Portfolio Management Services, Private Equity Products, Bonds, Structured Products, Life Insurance, General, Motor & Health Insurance, Loan Products, Real Estate & Direct Equity.
  • Tele Calling, Appointments Fixing, Outbound Customer Meetings.
  • Guiding & advising new/existing customers in financial portfolio management.
  • Ensuring Regulatory Compliance & Company Policy
  • Responsible for tracking daily sales reports of the team, mentoring and guiding the team to achieve the set targets through training & joint calls, ensuring the profitability of the territory.
  • Responsible for achieving the set top line and revenue target of the territory/team.
  • Responsible for handling customer complaints/escalations, liaison with the principles & corporate office, managing overall compliance of the territory.
