Job Description

  1. Inbound International calls
  2. Work timings will be 9 PM to 6 AM (Only night Shift).
  3. Must be Fluent in English Language.
  4. Handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
  5. Ability to learn new things
  6. Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
  7. Should carry out various other professional services like Business Research, Legal services, Financial Analysis etc.
  8. Must efficiently set goals and work on so as to avoid any escalations and maintain the relevancy and quality while providing service to the customers
