Dear Candidates,Greetings from Global India HR Solutions.We have an URGENT Opening forAdmin Executive for leading NBFC & BFSI.Should Be Must* Candidates Should have at list 1 year experience in Admin profile.* Candidates Having good communicationin English & Local Langues.Role & Responsibilities.* Arrangement of Parents-Teachers Meeting.* Updation of all study material stock of branch in specific software.* Handling the parents/students query & resolve the same with help of respective department.* Checking the students attendance & inform to parents daily.* Looking for annual contract of vendor.* Arrangement of parking area.* Supervising on Office boys, House-keeping staff & Security staff.* Taking care of office assets & looking for repairing on time.* Arrangements of courier service, hotel booking & ground transportation.* Arrangements of events on branch level.* Reporting of budget & cost control.* Looking for annual contract of vendor.* Handling petty cash.* Payment clearance of vendor.* Checking the quotation with vendor & negotiation with them.* Maintaining the store room of samples & devices.* Arrangement of training session/events, planning appointments/meetings for Directors & HOD.* Arrangement of flight booking, hotel booking & ground transportation.* Filing & maintaining records of highly confidential documents & certificate.* Assisting in MBR (Monthly Budget Review).* Weekly report.* Arrange to submit the necessary document on priority basis.* Arranging the notarization, BCC, IMC & legalization.* Arrangement of Courier Services.* Arrangement of Stationary.Salary:-1.00 Lacs to 3.00 Lacs Per AnnamExperience :-1- 5 Years (Admin Profile )Minimum Qualification :- Graduate/UndergraduateLocation:- Virar & Thane (Mumbai).To Apply Share your CV at :- usha.singh@gindiahr.com
