Job Description

Hi,We have urgent opening as a Business Development Manager - HR Services, Thane.Organisation is into HR Services ( Payroll Processing, Statutory compliance Management, Liasoning, Staffing ), from last 15 Years.Qualification - Any GraduateExperience - 3 -8 YearsResponsibility -

  • Understand the business & our HR Products / Services thoroughly for sales.
  • Study & understand the process & functioning of the operations / back office.
  • Design the PPT of the firm and products / services to present to the clients.
  • Cold calling to the prospective clients as per available data.
  • Visit to the prospective clients based on market survey.
  • Sales the other products / services to the existing clients.
  • Continuous follow-up with the existing & prospective clients for better services & sales / business development.
  • Keep update with the latest sales & marketing trends and introduce & implement it to increase the sales.
  • Update yourself on the HR Products & Services and various amendments / changes in the rules.
  • Maintain the cordial relations within the operation team.
  • Achieve the required / set target on monthly basis.
  • Maintain and update the various MIS / Data of the daily work & functions.
