Job Description

    • Should have worked as Sr. QTL or QAM at least for 1 year.
    • Should have worked for multiple processes & have experience in client interaction. (Sales & Insurance)
    • Should have experience of Team handling
    • Should have good hands-on on Excel, PPT & Data Presentation.
    • Should have good analytical skills.
    • Should possess good written & verbal communication skills
    • Build and maintain good working relationships with Team Members and management
    • Should be responsible drive the Process KPIs. i.e. Productivity, Conversion, Quality, AHT, etc.
    • Recommend process improvement suggestions/input by identifying best practices that would result in enhancing/Improving Productivity, Quality & other Process KPIs
    • Should drive Team performance by providing enough coaching & guidance to the team to enhance their performance & knowledge.
