Position: Dialer Engineer Experience: 2-5 yearsEducation GraduationShift Rotational Shift ( Including night shift )Job Location: BhayanderJob RequirementsShould have at least 2 years experience on any Dialer. Preferred dialers : Aspect, Vici dial, Cosmocom, etc. 1. Supervise, Design, Installation and Operation of Dialer system.2. Day-to-Day CIM management (Agent, Campaign, Report, Recording & Problem Management)3. Dialer Performance Optimization4. Work closely with the Operations/WFM to understand strategy for programs.5. Ensure all Dialer related issues/requests are addressed and escalated to concerned personnel.6. Perform daily checklist and review of logs generated by CIM systems.7. Adhere to QMS and ISMS Policies and Procedures. Technical Skills Desired1) Linux,2) SQL,3) PHP,4) MS-office5) WINDOWS - XP, 7,10 Management Skills1. Good Team Player2. Should be proactive in learning and taking initiatives3. Excellent time management4. The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines5.
