Job Description

    • Ensure that all the services provided by DTSS (soft services) are running smoothly to the entire satisfaction of the client & DTSS .
    • Attendance & Leave Management of all staff under DTSS .Send monthly-verified attendance-statement to DTSS-HO for salary processing of staff.
    • Follow monthly billing process with client as well as DTSS as specified.
    • Ensure effective material management.
    • Reduce down time of equipments by effective usage.
    • Obtain quotations from vendors and prepare comparative statements & get approval of work from client /DTSS.
    • Vendor Management, processing of their bills for payments.
    • Update & monitor 52 week cleaning schedule and need basis additional requirements .
    • Liaison and co-ordinate with the HK Supervisor / Facility Executive of all departments to get the work done as per requirements and ensure that timely execution of assigned task
    • Direct all the supervisors/ executive to ensure that their work place, respective machinery, equipments, uniforms of all personnel, stores etc. are neat and clean with good Hygiene at any given time.
    • Checking of HK Equipment & tool inventory
    • To ensure that all the requirements (as per agreement / SLAs) of clients / end users are fulfilled on day to day basis.
    • Ensure that departmental circular / instructions / various policy letters etc. issued by KAM /client is followed strictly by concerning staff.
    • To ensure that all the personnel of all departments are familiar with the building layout plans, Area and Floor along with firefighting and sprinkler systems, apart from their respective departments.
    • Ensure smooth execution of any events
    • Maintain & ensure discipline, high morale of staff working under him by looking after their welfare and ensure full productivity of staff on all days
    • Keep Key Accounts manager up dated by giving feed backs on all above points for smooth running of site/Facility.
    • Ensure all House Keepings Equipments are functional, as well as utilization of the same in respective areas.
    • Prepare & Send weekly / fortnightly / periodically reports (MIS) to client / HO.
    • Ensure adherence to Safety and Environmental aspects of Team and Self
    • All other work as assigned by KAM and client
    Required Candidate profile
    • Meeting all Service Level Agreements (SLA) pertaining to Housekeeping of all towers
    • To Ensure the Client Service Satisfaction Level.
    • Meeting all statuary & regulatory requirements at site.
    • Liaisoning with client, officials & Govt. bodies to perform DTSS HK services as per the SOW and SOP defined pertaining to Housekeeping .
