Job Description

Hi all,We have an opening with one of the IT software testing company for below position.Designation: HR Executive (Operations)Location: GhatkoparQualification: Any GraduateExperience: Min 6yrsRecruitment

  • Sourcing & short listing of competent candidates through various channels
  • Will be responsible for volume & general hiring
  • Conducting the preliminary interview
  • Scheduling & coordinating for the interview and getting the necessary feedback for the interview
  • Managing walk-in interviews of candidates
  • Onboarding:
  • Conducting employee orientation and facilitating newcomers joining formalities.
  • Employee Exit
  • Complete the exit formalities with all resigned employees including the exit interview.
Leave & Attendance
  • Ensuring the HRMS employee data is updated and leave records are updated.
  • Ensuring monthly attendance is completed for payroll processing
  • All employee files are updated.
