Job Description

    We have a great opportunity with one of the leading from Logistics/ Export/Import Companies For which we are looking for who have experience in QA Engineer.Position Name: QA EngineerMandatory Skills
    • Good in Manual and Functional Testing.
    • Understanding of complete STLC & SDLC.
    • Meet with system users to understand the scope of projects
    • Work with software developers and project support teams
    • Identify business requirements
    • Develop Test cases and prioritize testing activities.
    • Execute all the test cases and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.
    • Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
    • Performance testing.
    • Good experience in Regression, smoke and sanity testing.
    Secondary SkillsNice to have knowledge of
    • Domain Knowledge of Import /Export, Shipping & Logistics applications.
    • Automation testing and tool.
    • PL/SQL, SQL
    • Worked in agile environment.
    Primary Role & ResponsibilityAs a QA engineer, your daily work involves technically challenging applications and projects where you need to test the code changes made by the developers to the further development and upkeep of our solutions suite.As a QA engineer, we expect much more from you than just the ability to test the software. We find it important that you possess an inherent drive to get the best out of yourself every day, that you are inquisitive and that you are not intimidated by situations which require you to branch off from the beaten track. You work together with colleagues in a SCRUM team. In addition, you have regular contact with other software teams, software architects, testers and end users. Good communication skills are therefore extremely important, as well as the ability to think pro-actively and suggest possible improvements. This gives you every opportunity to contribute your personal input and grow and develop within the department.
